Ball Park Next to botanical gardens

Has anyone been to the ball park next to the botanical gardens? I was told once that its open for dogs for only about a hour a day in the early morning. Anyone know about this ?

Jeez, this is my first post and it's about the park closing.

Don't know what can be done about it, although one thought is to bring my dog there just to poop on the bike path.

Wonder if this came up in CB10 or some type of community meeting?

Does Winter 2011 means January or December 2011?

I'd rather not, but guess I'll be going to Dyker and see how that works out.
