Has anyone tried calling 311?
I spoke to a friend of mine that works for the Parks Dept and he mentioned to me that if everyone calls on a daily basis to 311 and complain about the fencing issue at Owls Head Dog Run, he assured me that they will do something about it.
I have been putting in my phone call once a day and if we all pitch in and just make one phone call , this might help. What have we got to lose?

I know that when the grass was wild (almost taller than me) in the back of the run the summer before last I tried calling 311 about 15 times;using every excuse i could think of, including rats. I never got any kind of response or answer. I ended up bringing home a lawnmower from my country house and doing it myself.
