Added Captcha validation to comments and replies

The site was starting to get spammed by some idiot named "nareman" so I've added Captcha validation to user posts. On the edit screen you'll see a little box with some (sometimes hard to read) letters in it. Just type them into the appropriate input box. This is a Turing test intended to prove that a human is posting, not a mindless robot spamming script.

Park Visit and tour this Friday

Dear Steve and dog park memebers, On Friday April 20th at 10:30am, Mike Lavery of the partnerships for parks will come to Owl's Head Park to meet with me and tour the park. Mike is new to this position and is trying to get to know the folks who volunteer in the park and dog run.

if possible, it would be great to have someone from the dog group meet on friday to give Mike an update on the dog run.
