Sorry for the site being down

I was upgrading the BayRidgeBarks/BrooklyRowHouse web server to the latest Apache and PHP because of security advisories. PHP 5.2 had an "undocumented side effect" which prevented people from logging in and staying logged in. That's been fixed.
